JOB PURPOSE

The Digital Channel Manager is responsible for the strategic development, implementation, and management of the organization's digital channels, including websites, mobile apps, and digital sales platforms. This role requires a blend of marketing acumen, technical expertise, and leadership capabilities to drive engagement, conversion, and revenue through digital means.

The Digital Channel Head plays a critical role in ensuring that the organization effectively leverages digital channels to reach and engage its target audience. The role is responsible for creating a cohesive digital strategy that enhances customer experience, drives brand loyalty and maximizes sales and revenue.
