Job Description

Thisrole is responsible for exploring and building-up proper digital solutions for increasing team efficiency and productivity to site monitoring jobs, also responsible for site & patient intelligence by developing or exploring proper platform to support study team to gain better insight on clinical sites and patient population; leads the development of decentralized clinical trial (DCT) solutions in China, overseeing DCT implementations in clinical trials.
Typical Accountabilities
Explore and build-up proper digital solutions to site monitoring jobs to increase team efficiency and productivity, seek for continually feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
Develop and integrate a self-created database or explore proper external platform to enhance site & patient intelligence and to support study team to gain better insight on clinical sites and patient population, contribute to data driven decision making.
