Digital Construction Data Analyst

The Digital Construction Data Analyst will support the company's construction and property development operations through project data analytics, digital reporting, dashboard development and workflow automation. The role involves analysing project progress, cost, procurement, tender, supplier and operational data to support management decision-making, improve project control and reduce manual reporting work across construction and development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain dashboards for construction progress, project milestones, procurement status, cost tracking and management reporting.
2. Analyse project data to identify schedule delays, cost overruns, procurement bottlenecks, contractor performance issues and operational risks.
3. Build reporting workflows and data pipelines using Python, SQL, Excel, Power BI / Tableau and cloud-based databases.
