Digital Content Support

Responsibilities

• Oversee audience segmentation, data extraction, testing and execution of SMS and targeted marketing campaigns.
• Ensure accuracy of customer database and effectiveness of campaign targeting.
• Manage Digital Standee/Screen, Telegram and WhatsApp marketing initiative, including content planning, scheduling and performance monitoring.
• Recommend improvements to grow the subscriber base and engagement.
• Oversee management of storewide BGM playlist to ensure alignment with brand image and campaign periods.
• Collaborate with the Digital Media team on the Company’s online and in-store marketing campaigns.
• Research on the latest trends and up-to-date new digital technologies and mobile media practices.
