digital design and marketing communications
. The role involves
creating compelling visuals and copy
for digital campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize performance, and ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

The Role.

• Develop compelling, brand-aligned creative assets for digital campaigns (app, web, WhatsApp)
• Translate growth and performance insights into clear, persuasive copy and visuals that drive action
• Design end-to-end campaign creatives – banners, landing pages, chat templates, and in-app visuals
• Collaborate with growth, CRM, and analytics teams to test creative variants and optimise CTR and conversion rate
• Maintain a consistent visual identity and tone across all Aira digital channels
