The Digital & CRM Executive is responsible for assisting with planning, developing, and implementing the 
overall digital marketing strategy, along with creating and leading online marketing strategies to enable
business growth for all Cosmax brands. This includes email, marketing, social media, and website
development.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
 
Customer Relations Management
Planning the CRM calendar and deliverables for the assigned portfolio.
Ensuring that all deliverables and activities are planned at least 1-2 months in advance.
Responsible for the CRM weekly calendar, changes, updates, and notification to the Sales, Marketing, and Communications teams.
