Job Description
The Digital CX Associate supports the execution and optimization of digital customer experience initiatives across CRM, loyalty, and lifecycle marketing channels. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless customer journeys from acquisition to retention by assisting in campaign execution, database management, email marketing, and content creation. The position requires a detail-oriented and creative individual who understands customer data, digital touchpoints, and brand storytelling. The Digital CX Associate will assist in producing engaging email and SMS campaigns, create marketing assets using Canva, and ensure all communications align with brand tone and customer experience standards.
