**Responsibilities**

+ Interpret high-level requirements to create detailed micro-architecture specifications of digital control and data-path systems.
+ Develop synthesizable RTL using SystemVerilog for ASIC digital blocks, ensuring compliance with functional, timing, power, and area constraints.
