Requirements:

• 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience building and customizing Squarespace sites.
• Practical experience with Mailchimp (templates, lists, and campaigns).
• Strong visual design skills using Illustrator, Figma, and Canva.
• Solid understanding of Figma animations and user flows.
• Good copywriting skills for short ad copy and email subject lines.
• Reliable remote working habits with clear and regular status updates.
• Experience working with arts or theatre organizations (preferred).
• Basic understanding of digital ads, including sizes, formats, and simple A/B testing concepts.
