Job Description: Digital Director (Mat Leave Contract – 12–18 Months)

As Digital Director (Mat Leave Contract) at 1Milk2Sugars, you will lead the overall strategy, performance, and day-to-day operations of the agency’s Digital department during a maternity leave coverage period of 12–18 months, with the potential to transition into a permanent role based on business needs and performance.

In this role, you will act as the senior leader responsible for both departmental oversight and key client leadership , ensuring the successful delivery of integrated digital, content, influencer, and paid media programs. You will guide a multidisciplinary team of digital strategists, account leads, and specialists, driving operational excellence, creative innovation, and measurable performance across all accounts.
