Job Description The Operations Leader for DDS, serving as the Site Lead for Buenos Aires, is responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily operations at the Buenos Aires site, driving process improvements, ensuring compliance, and leading a high-performing team. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a focus on continuous improvement and automation, while representing the site in regional and global forums. As An Experienced Operations Leader, You Will Drive the multi-faceted organization in delivering the digital document services to the customers and help deploy and maintain their services.
