Digital Engagement Executive | Stars Avenue

This role focuses on fostering a digital-first mindset within the organisation by raising awareness and knowledge of digitalisation strategies and plans, including the use of digital tools that enable all staff to implement digitalisation in their respective business domains.

Additionally, the Digital Ambassador (Community & Engagement) is responsible for identifying and supporting staff who are new to digital tools, unaware of available resources, or experiencing low adoption rates. The role involves engaging these staff members and guiding them towards meaningful usage and adoption of digital tools.

• Proactively identify and engage new joiners, low-awareness users, and low-adoption user segments of our digital tools.
• Conduct targeted outreach through emails, chats, briefings, and in-person touchpoints to introduce relevant digital tools and programmes.
