As a Digital Experience Lead you will define and own the standards across all direct‑to‑consumer (D2C) platforms, ensuring a consistent, high‑quality experience that drives brand discovery and commerce.
Digital Experience StandardsDefine and own digital experience standards across D2C platforms, brand websites, and key owned digital touchpoints. Establish principles for UX, navigation, content structure, landing‑page design, and conversion best practices, ensuring consistency and quality across all digital assets.
Conversion Rate OptimizationDefine and lead the CRO framework across the D2C funnel, identify conversion barriers, prioritize improvement opportunities based on data and insights, and drive optimization of key conversion points across browse, product, cart, and checkout journeys.
