We're looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our client’s team as a Digital Experience Specialist in Niagara Falls. In this full-time, permanent role, you’ll help our client with their website and marketing needs.
**What You’ll Do:**


+ Managing and improving the website, including product pages, landing pages, downloads, images & overall user experience
+ Working in WordPress to maintain site accuracy, functionality & clarity
+ Using coding knowledge to support website updates, page improvements, and digital problem-solving
+ Monitoring digital performance and identifying opportunities to improve customer experience, navigation & conversion
+ Supporting and executing email marketing & automation workflows using Salesforce and Lightning Engagement Studio
+ Helping keep marketing, sales & product information aligned across channels
