Digital Farming New Technologies Specialist

We are seeking a proactive, hands‑on Digital Farming New Technologies Specialist to drive the implementation, adoption, and maintenance of new technologies across our station network in the UK and in the USA. This role focuses on ensuring the effective use of new field technologies to create value for KWS.

The position is to be filled with a permanent contract and is full‑time, located in Thriplow, near Cambridge in the UK.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Plan, introduce, and implement precision agriculture technologies (e.g., FieldExplorer, Phenotyping, Field Machinery, NIRS, Environment) within KWS fields.
• High presence in research fields to support users, solve problems, identify opportunities and foster close collaboration.
• Network within and beyond the station landscape to identify synergies in the region and across departments.
