Role Overview

The In-House Trainer is responsible for the end-to-end design, delivery, and management of technical training programs. This role owns the quality, accuracy, and relevance of all training content, ensuring alignment with approved course curricula, vendor software, and current forensic methodologies. The trainer is accountable for delivering engaging learning experiences that result in strong knowledge transfer and high end-user satisfaction, while maintaining accurate records of training activities and outcomes.

This role requires close collaboration with vendor training teams and internal stakeholders, strong instructional skills, and the ability to manage multiple training engagements while meeting tight timelines.
