• Increase compliant student enrolments (international and domestic)

• Build a regulator‑ready digital presence that strengthens Stanley College’s brand

• Reduce reliance on offshore agents by growing direct recruitment channels

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Strategy & Brand Leadership : Refresh website, social platforms, and content strategy to position Stanley College as a trusted international education brand and leader in fee‑free/subsidised training.

• Student Acquisition & Growth : Design and optimise lead funnels (SEO, PPC, social, landing pages) and conversion pathways to deliver measurable enrolment growth.

• International & Domestic Market Strategy : Develop country‑specific digital strategies (South Asia, LATAM, SE Asia, onshore) balancing agent channels with direct recruitment.
