As a Digital Growth Marketing Specialist - Join, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing and optimising performance media strategies across the full member journey. You’ll work across key paid digital channels including search, social, display and affiliates, using data and insight to maximise acquisition, retention and retirement growth.

You’ll also collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external agency partners, leverage marketing and advertising technology, and ensure performance is measured, optimised and reported against clear objectives.
