About the job
Sanofi is seeking a Digital Functional Analyst in Talent (Talent Acquisition and Talent Management) products to join our dynamic Digital P&C team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for optimizing the configuration design and strategy for the Workday tenant configuration of the talent module, covering career development, performance management, skills framework, recruiting.
Main responsibilities:
Design and develop Workday Talent Modules, covering career development, performance management, and recruiting
Analyze and remediate existing Workday tenant to improve global consistency of employee experience
Partner with global and local HR stakeholders in the Talent Organization to gather and analyze business requirements
