About the role

As a Digital Innovation specialist in the technical‑sales team, you will serve as a customer trusted technical advisor (customer CTO), helping translate customer business and industry requirements into technology solutions across the Vocus and partner portfolios. Own the Customer transformation journey and co-create customer outcomes to solve their industry and business needs. Reporting to the Technical Sales – Digital Innovation Manager, this individual‑contributor role has no direct reports and collaborates closely with customers, industry, sales and product teams. The role follows Vocus’s hybrid working model (two days per week in the office) and involves occasional travel to customer sites; no shift work is required. Some interstate and international travel may be required from time to time. In some specific scenarios obtaining a government security clearance may be required.
