Job Description

In this position, you will:Lead the implementation of core AI scenarios, such as precision marketing (user profiling, recommendation algorithms), frontline services (business processing, service inquiries), intelligent customer service (intent recognition, script generation), intelligent risk control (abnormal transaction detection), and automated operations (fault prediction, root cause identification), delivering scenario-specific technical solutions and architectural designs
Lead the planning of centralized capability architectures for large-scale business support systems. Design AI technology stack selections (frameworks, platforms, tools) and build an end-to-end AI engineering platform
Optimize AI model performance and cost. Design model compression, inference acceleration, and resource scheduling solutions for high-concurrency AI services, balancing model effectiveness with deployment costs
