Build and scale our digital lead generation operation from zero.

You'll own the strategy, platforms, and execution to generate high-intent insurance leads profitably.

What You'll Do

Build, manage, and scale high-converting digital campaigns that generate verified insurance leads:

• Choose and launch campaigns on the best platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, programmatic, etc)
• Target insurance prospects
• Implement OTP verification systems to ensure lead quality
• Manage $20K-$50K+ monthly ad budgets profitably
• Integrate lead flow into our CRM platform
• Scale from zero to 500-2,000+ qualified leads/month
• Optimize cost-per-lead while maintaining quality standards

This doesn't mean run some ads. This means
owning digital
as a core business pillar.
