Job Description

Role purpose
The Digital Lead – Human Resources is responsible for leading and driving digital transformation initiatives within the Human Resources function, aligning technological advancements with HR strategies to enhance employee experience, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making. By integrating emerging digital solutions and ensuring compliance, the role liaises with multi-disciplinary stakeholders to implement and maintain an integrated digital HR environment aligned with business objectives.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or a BSc Degree in Computer Science or Technology
Minimum 6 years of work experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience working Middle Management or in a similar role
Advantageous:
