Digital Learning and Development Head

A Digital Learning and Development (L&D) Head, he/she will designs, implements, and manages technology-enhanced training, often leveraging AI-driven tools, LMS platforms, and digital content to foster a culture of continuous learning. They align training initiatives with organizational goals—such as digital transformation and, specifically for Digital Science, supporting open, collaborative, and innovative research.
Key Responsibilities
LMS Management & Innovation: Leads the design and maintenance of Learning Management Systems (LMS), incorporating AI tools, analytics, and interactive technology.
Strategic Planning: Translates organizational priorities (e.g., digital transformation, research efficiency) into targeted, data-driven learning pathways.
