2+ years experienced in digital marketing (real estate/finance a plus)

Fluent in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Analytics, Email platforms (Mailchimp, etc)

Obsessed with KPIs, A/B testing, and campaign optimization

A master of both strategy and execution

Passionate about impact, ownership, and doing Whatever It Takes
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan & execute full-funnel digital campaigns

Grow engagement, leads, & conversions across social, search & email

Own performance metrics (ROAS, CPL, CTR, CAC-you know the drill)
