Digital Marketing Assistant

For our clients we are looking for
Marketing Assistant - 100% Remote

Salary: $1200–$2000 per month (USD) base (depending on experience) + performance bonus (optional)

Hours:
Must be available to work during European working hours (CET/CEST)

Experience:
4+ years
in performance/digital marketing

Role Summary

You'll be responsible for
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) & Tiktok Ads along with organic Social Media Channels.

Balancing acquisition while keeping marketplace health in mind (quality, activation, and conversion—not vanity traffic).

What you'll do

• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns in
  Google Ads
  and
  Meta Ads Manager
  (hands-on keyboard work).
• Create Social Media Posts & automate using various tools
• Build separate strategies for:

  sign-ups, activated users, applications, reactivation.
