Digital Marketing Assistant

To provide assistance to the Marketing Division Manager in all aspects relating to the coordination and management of all systems and procedures in relation to Public Relations and Marketing.
Responsibilities:
Liaise with the Marketing Manager regarding specific marketing requirements & projects
Assist with organising events including Smart Strata seminars, Contractor Info sessions, Client Appreciation events (planning checklists, run sheets, venue booking and coordination, catering, promotion of events through website and social media / liaise with exhibitors via email communication, compile feedback, etc)
Assist in the maintenance and update of all company websites and social media platforms including updates as often as required
Respond to Google Reviews
Post and assist with content creation for weekly social media tasks.
Maintain email database (including responding to and distributing inbound email enquiries)
Create & publish Strata Update through BenchMark...
