KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Pipeline Management

• Own the lead flow: Monitor, qualify, and manage incoming leads from digital channels (Facebook/Instagram Lead Ads, WhatsApp, website forms).
• Ensure seamless sales handoff: Accurately record, tag, and distribute leads to the sales team in a timely manner.
• Track & report: Maintain the lead lifecycle (New → Contacted → Qualified → Converted) and support conversion tracking to measure campaign ROI.

Campaign Execution & Social Media Support

• Execute day-to-day social media activities: Schedule and publish content on Facebook and Instagram.
• Launch and monitor ads: Assist in uploading ad creatives and copy, then monitor performance to flag issues or opportunities for optimization.
• Organize marketing assets: Maintain a well-organized library of product photos, certifications, and campaign materials.
