Digital Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Prepare brochures, division newsletters, marketing materials, banners and social media posts


• Work with various department heads, to organize and gather data for these promotions


• Monitor and periodically update websites (WordPress, WooCommerce)


• Create and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, videos and updates)


• Manage all social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube for multiple divisions


• Write compelling copy for video descriptions, captions, and promotional materials, optimizing views and engagement


• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all social media platforms


• Maintain and manage digital and photographic databases
