Your Role

You will handle both:

• Paid Ads performance (lead generation & conversions)
• Social Media management (posting, engagement, growth)

This role is ideal for someone who understands both marketing strategy AND execution.

Responsibilities

Ads Management

• Plan & run Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Manage Google Ads (Search / Display / YouTube) — if experienced
• Test audiences, creatives, copy angles
• Monitor CPL, CTR, ROAS, conversions daily
• Optimize campaigns to improve results
• Prepare weekly ads performance reports

Social Media Management

• Schedule & post content (IG, FB, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Work with designer/editor to prepare creatives
• Write captions & basic marketing copy ...
