Digital Marketing Executive

Job Overview:
We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, conversion tracking, and scaling profitable campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
Monitor KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions
Conduct keyword research and audience targeting
Set up and manage conversion tracking (Pixel, GTM, GA4)
Perform A/B testing for ads and landing pages
Generate weekly and monthly performance reports
Coordinate with the creative/design team for ad assets
Required Skills:
Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager
Strong knowledge of Google Ads
Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM)
