Digital Marketing Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a performance-driven
Digital Marketing Executive
to plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, conversion tracking, and scaling profitable campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on
  Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Manage and optimize
  Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
• Monitor KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions
• Conduct keyword research and audience targeting
• Set up and manage conversion tracking (Pixel, GTM, GA4)
• Perform A/B testing for ads and landing pages
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports
• Coordinate with the creative/design team for ad assets
