Responsibilities:

• Manage and update company social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Plan and execute content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns
• Adapt regional or HQ marketing content for the Singapore market where required
• Respond to customer enquiries via social media and messaging platforms professionally
• Monitor social media performance, engagement, and trends
• Support digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure brand consistency
• Track key metrics and prepare simple performance reports
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
