Digital Marketing Executive (Performance & Content)

Key Responsibilities

Performance & Lead Generation

• Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta (FB/IG) and Google (Search/YouTube/Display) to generate enquiries and bookings.
• Manage budgets, targeting, creatives, A/B testing, and landing page improvements to improve CPL/CPA and conversion rates.
• Implement and maintain tracking (e.g., GA4 , pixels, basic GTM) and ensure leads are captured correctly.

Content & Brand (Luxury Service Tone)

• Build and manage a content calendar aligned to key themes: facilities, suites, nursing care, testimonials, packages, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Create/coordinate content (short videos, reels, photos, simple edits) using tools like Canva/CapCut , and work with external photographers/videographers when needed.
• Maintain brand voice consistent with luxury hospitality (warm, reassuring, premium).
