Digital Marketing Executive

We are a premium confinement centre delivering luxury, hotel-style service to mothers and newborns. We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to grow brand awareness, generate quality enquiries, and drive room bookings through content, performance marketing, and strong guest-focused storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Performance & Lead Generation

• Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta (FB/IG) and Google (Search/YouTube/Display) to generate enquiries and bookings.
• Manage budgets, targeting, creatives, A/B testing, and landing page improvements to improve CPL/CPA and conversion rates.
• Implement and maintain tracking (e.g., GA4, pixels, basic GTM) and ensure leads are captured correctly.

Content & Brand (Luxury Service Tone)

• Build and manage a content calendar aligned to key themes: facilities, suites, nursing care, testimonials, packages, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
