We're looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Expert with minimum 4 years of hands-on experience to join us on a project-based engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and Google Ads
• Drive high-quality lead generation with a strong focus on CPL and ROI
• Create and test ad creatives, audiences, and funnels to improve performance
• Monitor daily performance, analyze data, and scale winning campaigns
• Provide clear performance reports and actionable insights

Requirements:

• 4+ years of proven experience in performance marketing
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Demonstrated success in lead generation campaigns
