Digital Marketing & Administrative Coordinator ⸻ ⸻ Key Responsibilities 1. Digital Marketing & Facebook Management
• Manage and update the company's Facebook Page
• Create and post content (promotions, services, before/after photos, announcements)
• Respond to Facebook messages, comments, and inquiries promptly
• Run basic Facebook promotions or ads (if required)
• Track engagement and basic performance (likes, messages, reach)
• Coordinate with shop staff to feature ongoing jobs or completed projects ⸻ 2. Administrative Support
• Assist administrative staff with daily office tasks
• Handle basic documentation, filing, and data encoding
