Digital Marketing Lead - Client Success + Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly client calls (English) and own client communication day-to-day.

• Convert strategy into a clear weekly plan. Assign owners, deadlines, and QA steps.

• Maintain strong delivery hygiene in BaseCamp (tasks, notes, decisions, files).

• Track performance trends and raise issues early. Keep clients aligned to reality.

• Coordinate pod execution across paid, email, landing pages/CRO, and creative.

• Manage scope and time. Keep the pod profitable while maintaining quality.

Requirements

• 3–5 years experience in growth marketing or digital marketing delivery (agency or in-house).

• Comfortable leading clients and managing multiple workstreams at once.

• Strong understanding of PPC, SEO, social, email, funnels, landing pages/CRO (you can QA and spot problems).
