Job Description
This is a hands-on, end-to-end commercial ownership role for a luxury direct-to-consumer e-commerce brand. You are fully accountable for revenue growth, performance marketing, CRM, social media, and brand execution. You will be supported by one shared full-time designer (50% allocation) and one part-time SEO specialist. You will not have a team under you; this role requires a true operator.
Key Responsibilities
Shopify DTC Revenue & Conversion
Full ownership of Shopify performance and CRO.
Daily optimisation of PDPs, collections, upsells, checkout and AOV.
Paid Media Execution (Meta + Google)
Personally build, manage and optimise paid campaigns.
Daily ownership of ROAS, CAC, scaling logic and creative testing.
CRM, Email & Retention (Klaviyo)
Build and optimise all automated flows and campaigns.
