• plan and execute b2b product management schedule for product rollout on weekly and monthly basis
• write content for b2b product marketing materials (collaborate with designers on pubmat production)
• create and execute b2c social media marketing strategies, including but not limited to content planning, posting, and engagement on platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
• handle all b2c enquiries from b2c channels
• sourcing & recruitment tasks for b2c bookings (ad hoc)
