Job Overview:

The Social Media & Website Manager
will oversee all digital marketing initiatives and manage the online presence of Staffing Expert. This role focuses on SEO, SEM, social media management, event promotion, and website administration to strengthen brand visibility and lead generation efforts. The ideal candidate is creative, highly organized, and experienced in managing multiple digital platforms, ensuring the company's brand voice, messaging, and visual identity are consistently represented across all channels within a BPO and staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Write, publish, and optimize
  one (1) blog article per week
  aligned with Staffing Expert's services and target market.
• Perform ongoing
  technical SEO
  , including on-page optimization and the acquisition of
  up to 50 quality backlinks per month
  to improve search rankings and domain authority.
