Digital marketing manager

Role Overview
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid marketing efforts across Meta, Google, and India’s leading marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.). This role sits at the intersection of growth, data, and execution – owning end-to-end performance outcomes across the funnel, from acquisition to conversion and repeat.
You’ll be responsible for driving efficient growth on our own D2 C channel, while also leading marketplace campaign strategy and execution, especially during high-impact sale moments.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing (D2 C)
- Own and scale paid performance marketing across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google (Search, Shopping, Display, You Tube).
- Drive full-funnel growth across acquisition, conversion, and repeat for Mokobara’s D2 C business.
- Lead creative experimentation and testing across formats, messaging, audiences, and landing pages to continuously improve performance.
