Digital Marketing Manager (Canada)

The Job

This role owns the performance and optimization of Panther's digital marketing engine. The focus is on driving pipeline through high‑performing website experiences, lifecycle marketing, and data‑driven campaign execution. This person will lead execution across email, website, paid media, and organic growth (SEO/AEO), while partnering with Marketing Ops and external agencies to continuously improve conversion, engagement, and pipeline generation.
