Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns that drive measurable growth. You will be responsible for managing performance channels, improving ROI, and scaling acquisition through continuous testing and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as:
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
TikTok, LinkedIn, or other paid channels (as applicable)
Manage budgets and ensure efficient CAC, ROAS, and CPA targets
Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to identify insights and optimization opportunities
Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and funnels
Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to develop high-performing ads
Track and report on key performance metrics using tools like GA4, Ads Manager, and dashboards
