Digital Marketing Manager

Genie Academy is a growing K-12 tutoring and enrichment company based in New Jersey, USA. We offer math, coding, reading, and abacus programs across 7+ locations. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to own our paid advertising, SEO, and content optimization.

You will manage our day-to-day Facebook Ads campaigns, optimize our SEO and organic traffic, and drive lead generation. You will work alongside a Marketing Operations Specialist who handles the technical tracking (GA4, GTM) and CRM setup. Your focus is marketing execution - running campaigns, creating creatives, optimizing for conversions, and reporting on results.

This is a hands-on execution role, not strategy-only. You will be in Meta Ads Manager and Google Search Console daily.
