Pulp Strategy is expanding its search and media performance team. We are seeking an Execution Lead to manage operations in a high-growth environment. This is a technical role requiring hands-on implementation of SEO and paid media strategies. You will manage a team of 1-2 specialists and be responsible for the accuracy and volume of total team output as the practice scales.

Responsibilities

• Technical SEO + SEO: Execute daily indexing fixes, site audits, and search cluster optimizations.
• GEO Implementation: Use internal NeuroRank frameworks to optimize for generative engines (Perplexity, SearchGPT, Gemini).
