Digital Marketing Specialist

Ready to bring digital campaigns to life for two of New Zealand’s most recognised retail brands? We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Ecommerce team and help deliver engaging, effective campaigns across Briscoes and Rebel Sport.

Reporting to the Head of Digital Channels, you’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and agency partners to plan, coordinate and optimise activity across email, loyalty, paid social, search and other digital channels. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll bring campaigns to life, support and guide a direct report, and use performance insights to grow digital traffic, connect with customers and support sales.

No two weeks are quite the same, so you’ll need to be organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail environment.
