Position Overview:
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns while supporting website performance and digital growth strategies. This role requires hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads, analyzing performance data, and improving conversion rates.
The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and technically capable, with a solid understanding of website structure, user experience, and basic design principles. You must be able to demonstrate measurable results from previous campaigns.
