We are hiring a Junior Creative Strategist (Digital Marketing) to take ownership of ad creative and campaign performance across Meta platforms. This role sits at the intersection of copy, creative, and performance , turning homeowner psychology and data insights into predictable lead flow for builders.

This is a remote, full-time role , working closely with the digital marketing team and leadership to scale high-performing campaigns for Australian-based clients.
