Job Description: AI & Marketing Manager (12-Month Maternity Cover)
Location: Nairobi, Kenya (Office-based) – View Park Towers
Salary: 60,000 KES (gross) per month and salary increase after probation
Working Days: Monday-Friday
Working Times: 11:30-20:30 and 10:30-19:30 EAT (UK Timezone)
Reporting To: Head of Operations / Marketing Lead

Purpose of the Role
The AI & Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover) will leverage automation, AI, CRM best practices, and marketing technology to increase consultant productivity, improve recruitment efficiency, and enhance the experience for candidates and clients.
